Exhibiting is a great way to meet and connect with prospects face to face. Take the opportunity network, build brand awareness, or strengthen your current relationships with current customers.  Meet students, physicians and residents, and inform them of how your or your organization can be of service to them.

      • 10×10 space with draping and rails

      • Two (2) complimentary conference registrations

      • Name included in the conference program

    Cancellation Policy

    NHMA understands that circumstances arriving deeming the need to cancel your booth registration.  Should you need to cancel, you will need to submit the cancellation request in writing to LaShawn Maloy at lmaloy@nhmamd.org.  Please be sure to include your name, company, booth number and the reason for cancelling.

    Full Refund: If the cancellation is received within 60-45 days of the conference
    Partial Refund: 20% if the cancellation is received within 45 days of the conference (April 20).  After April 20, there are no refunds.

        • Thursday, June 5: Exhibitor Set-Up: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm

        • Friday, June 6: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

        • Saturday, June 7: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
